Service Period
The service is provided within 1 year from payment.
Refund Policy
Based on Business Days and Hours
- If the procedure is canceled more than 2 days prior to the surgery ; 90% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the procedure is canceled 2 days prior to the surgery ; 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the procedure is canceled 1 day prior to the surgery ; 20% of the deposit will be refunded.
- There is no refund available if the procedure is cancelled less than 1 day prior.
- The procedure may be rescheduled ONCE free of charge (requires notice at least 1 week prior to your appointment)
- If your procedure is rescheduled a second time it will be subjected to the cancellation policy described above.

Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or replace this Refund Policy at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
